SOLAYA is a private collection of 234 distinguished beachfront residences in Jumeirah, developed in collaboration between Meraas and Brookfield Properties, with architecture by Foster + Partners and interiors by 1508 London.

Set across nine low-rise beachfront buildings, Solaya has been designed around a close relationship between architecture, landscape and the sea. Generous glazing, open-plan layouts and indoor-outdoor living spaces maximise views across the Arabian Gulf, beach and Dubai skyline.

Solaya's Signature Residences introduce a more private expression of beachfront living. 3-bedroom Garden Residences occupy the ground floor with private pools and courtyard gardens of more than 3,000 sq.ft., while 4-bedroom Duplex Residences extend beyond 5,000 sq.ft. with floor-to-ceiling glazing and unobstructed sea and city views.

At the top of the collection are Solaya's penthouses, with only one penthouse level per building. These residences feature private lobbies and lifts, 360-degree views, expansive terraces and private pools, alongside dedicated gyms, spas, show kitchens, private cinemas and additional staff accommodation.

Every residence benefits from direct lift access into a private lobby, supported by separate service elevators for greater privacy and discretion.
