SHA RESIDENCES EMIRATES is a pioneering wellness-focused residential destination by IMKAN and SHA Wellness Clinic, set on a private island within AlJurf along Abu Dhabi’s pristine Sahel Al Emarat coastline.

Conceived as the world’s first healthy-living island, SHA Emirates brings together private residences, a SHA Wellness Clinic, health resort and dedicated wellness pavilions within one environment designed around health, longevity and a close connection to nature.

The architecture responds directly to AlJurf's natural setting. Open-plan interiors, floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous terraces and landscaped outdoor spaces are designed to maximise light, sea breezes and the relationship between each home and the surrounding Gulf landscape. Residences incorporate contemporary kitchens, home automation, high-end bathrooms and private outdoor areas, while an optional furniture package is available.

The project's defining feature is direct integration with the SHA Wellness Clinic. SHA's approach combines advances in scientific medicine with established natural therapies and a strong emphasis on healthy nutrition, creating an integrative model centred on long-term health and wellbeing.

The wider island masterplan extends this philosophy through dedicated Mind & Body, Healthy Nutrition, Movement and Wellness Kids pavilions, together with a beach club, marina pavilion, private beach, parks and resort facilities.
