The collection comprises 56 luxury villas, including a limited number of Beach Mansions, alongside 60 private suites including penthouses and Royal Residences. Designed around openness, privacy and connection to nature, the homes feature expansive living spaces, glass walls, generous terraces and views across the sea and landscaped surroundings.

Architecture is led by Killa Design, with interiors by LW Design Group. Curving façades take inspiration from waves meeting the shoreline, while natural stone, timber and organic tones create interiors connected to the character of Saadiyat Beach. Residences are offered in Light and Semi-Dark interior palettes.

Four Seasons extends beyond the residences through a dedicated residential team providing concierge, valet, housekeeping and ongoing residence care, with additional services ranging from private chefs and in-residence spa treatments to childcare and pet care.
